Licensing Agreement

This Lotus cc:Mail for the Internet Release 1 bundle is
licensed for use on a PC running a client of the IBM AS/400
Client Access Family and connected to an AS/400 with a
license for the IBM AS/400 Client Access Family Product
(5763XA1, 5716XA1) or a replacement product.

cc:Mail Support Services Information

Support services for Lotus' "cc:Mail for the Internet" are
separate and different from the warranty and support services
provided for AS/400 software products. There is no warranty
service provided with "cc:Mail for the Internet".

Lotus offers support services for a fee for "cc:Mail for the
Internet" Refer to the section titled "Lotus Customer Support"
for details.

IBM will provide support for the Messaging API (MAPI)
transport and address book provider functions required by
"cc:Mail for the Internet" and packaged with Client
Access/400 for Windows 95. IBM will also provide support
for the Post Office Protocol (POP) Server packaged with
OS/400. This software will be supported under the usual terms
and conditions for AS/400 software products.

CA/400 for Windows 95 Messaging API (MAPI) Support Statement
*************************************************************
Currently the MAPI transport and address book provider
functions packaged with Client Access/400 for Windows 95
are only supported with the following clients:

Lotus cc:Mail for the Internet 1.0 client
Microsoft Windows Messaging client

The MAPI API set supported is the Common Messaging Calls
(CMC) set of APIs. While the Simple MAPI, OLE Messaging
Library and/or MAPI interfaces should work, they are not
officially supported at this time.

Support for additional mail clients and API sets may be
provided in the future.

Lotus cc:Mail Release 7.0 is not a supported client connected
to the AS/400 POP Mial Server.
